What we stand for
Welcome to CrossFit Iron Sparks. We are thrilled to have you on board. On this site, you will find everything you need to know; from who we are, what we stand for, to our workout schedules, pricing and location. Our aim is to create an inclusive box. To fulfill this vision, we are offering every athlete the possibility to take part in our workouts. In order to make people feel welcome and comfortable, we are starting off with some extra classes in addition to our regular schedule. This way, people get introduced to the spirit of CrossFit at their own pace. Our goal is to eliminate those classes and create a safe training environment for every athlete and for each workout.
What we offer
WOD stands for ‘Workout of the Day’ and consists of a series of movements that are going to be performed during the session. It is preceded by a warm-up and culminates in a cool-down/stretching session.
Yoga reinforces a perfect harmony between the mind, body and person. At CrossFit Iron Sparks, you can benefit from Yoga classes on Wednesdays.
Open Gym means that you get access to the box and can train on your own. There is always a member of staff around who you can ask for help.
Should you desire help with your nutrition, do not despair. Some of our trainers are licensed Precision Nutrition Level 1 certificate holders and ready to talk healthy lifestyle. From customized nutrtion plans to learning how to track your macros or simply becoming aware of food choices; everything is possible at CrossFit Iron Sparks.
